Giveaway Winners and LOTS of Food

Hey All! The two winners of my Raw Awakening Giveaway are: Carole Lolley and Shannon Marie! I emailed you both, so please check your spam folders just in case! ;) Thanks to everyone who entered and thank you to Kristen for giving away two books!! :)

I have a ton of food from the past couple of weeks so here we go..

This was a dinner salad one night: mesclun topped with raw kraut, sprouted sunflower seeds, sweet potato skin (I love the skin and Little A doesn't so I use it like croutons!), capers, raw olives.

Little A's plate: apples, yam with coconut oil, and lentils with nutritional yeast.

This picture makes these look horrible, but they were delicious! Raw Vegan BBQ Chips from THIS recipe from Raw Lawyer.

Another one of A's plates (she only wants to use her Minnie Mouse plate lately): apples with Greek Style Coconut Milk Yogurt, raisins, a Hilary's Veggie Burger (she LOVES THEM!), quinoa with coconut oil and some lettuce. She enjoys munching on lettuce lately. My little bunny!

This was a salad that had radishes and raw kimchi on top with some Cauliflower Burgers that I used almond flour in place of bread crumb and regular flour. They turned out okay, I'm sure making them the right way would of been better. ;)

My freezer loaded with organic frozen fruit for smoothies! Lately, I'm a 2 smoothie a day gal!

I enjoyed two of these organic plums after yoga one day. I am not sure the exact name, but they were delicious!

This was broccoli with tomato sauce, raw cashew "cheese", artichokes, and cabbage.

A juice Little A and I shared: cabbage, romaine, orange and celery.

This was broccolini cooked in garlic and coconut oil on top of raw kelp noodles that I soaked in my cashew dip. I used only half of the nuts I normally use and added a zucchini to lower the fat content a little.

These were raw "Cheez Its" that I made from Raw on $10 a Day's blog. They came out really good! They taste just like the Cheezy Quackers from One Lucky Duck.

And finally, Little A got some stickers at Trader Joes and decided to decorate the pugs with them. He he!

Have a great day! XO

As I said the other day, thank you! Congrats to Carole, too!

You did make the chips. I think they turned out pretty cool. I'll have to try them sometime.
