You ask, I serve!

Happy Friday! I hope you all had a great week! I had asked on my Facebook page what everyone would like to see me post about. Feel free to share your suggestions here as well! A few said they would like to see what Little A is eating, so I started taking more pictures of her food again! :)

This was a big salad I had for dinner one night: flax crackers, raw olives, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, kale chips crumbs, kimchi. YUM!

And Little A's plate: avocado sprinkled with dulse, goji berries, a yam (she loves yams and sweet potatoes lately), and chickpeas with kale.

With my salad I had a yam that I topped with curry sauce and an artichoke that I steamed in vegetable broth and garlic.

More One Lucky Duck goodies: chocolate chip cookies (they changed their recipe and they are SOOOOO GOOD!), ginger snap cookies, and an almond crunch bar they gave me as a sample.

I was lucky enough to win a giveaway from Lisa's blog for some organic beauty products from Shear Miracles. I LOVE these products! The shampoo and conditioner made my hair look great! And the ingredients list is the cleanest I've seen on hair products. The blush is beautiful and the bronzer is a great highlighter on my cheeks and nose. Can't wait to try some other their other products!

This was Little A's breakfast yesterday morning: Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin toast topped with Manuka honey, coconut oil, and almond butter, apples, chlorella, vitamin C, vegetarian DHA and a RAW multivitamin.

And finally, yesterday's juice. Little A and I played at her gym in the morning and she didn't want to leave.. Until I told her we were going home to make green juice! She ran to the door! ;)

Have a wonderful weekend! I think we are heading to the city again so expect some fun eats on Monday!
XO

Yummy eats! We eat lots of sweet potatoes at my house too, but I've never bought the white ones--do they taste the same?

Seeing Little A's food is my favorite. My son is almost two, and I keep a blog called "Kid Can Eat" showing pictures of healthy kid plates (plant-based whole foods but not vegan) It's at www.kidcaneat.blogspot.com if you'd like to see :)

Have a happy day!

Mouth watering meals, as usual. I'm a huge fan of yams/sweet potatoes, too. Little A obviously has great taste :)

The food looks great as usual, but be careful how much you post about what your child eats. There are some mean critics out there. I got some very nasty comments a while back about what I feed my child (even though I've never posted everything she eats), which explains why I don't post food as often anymore.
