A few of you mentioned joining in on my Goddess Plan! YAY!!! You can make your own list based on your own wants and share on your blog, FB, Twitter or journal! I printed mine out so it's always in view. This list isn't meant to be strict, you can just go with the flow. That's what goddesses do! ;)

Onto eats, This was from last week when I had BBQ cauliflower left over. I added it to a salad with kimchi for dinner.

Little A loves making juice! Last week we broke out the Breville Citrus Juicer and made orange juice.

Delicious! Vitamin C in a glass!

I made Gena's Celery Sticks with Sunflower Seed Spread and Raisins for Little A and I to snack on. YUM! We gobbled these up!

This was another snack Little A and I shared: clementines, dates, raisins, and cashews. I chew the cashews a little before giving them to her (I know, very Alicia Silverstone of me, but it's the best way to prevent her from choking on them and she LOVES nuts!).

Another juice Little A and I made: carrots, orange and romaine.

One night last week we got take out from our favorite salad place mine had shredded veggies, sunflower seeds, broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

I started adding goji berries to my morning tonic of hot lemon water, turmeric, cayenne, and Manuka Honey. YUM!
I always mention that I don't use measurements, and I just wing things.. But I've been asked for my cashew dip recipe by a few readers, so here are the estimates. ;)
The Ginger is The New Pink Cashew Dip
1 cup of soaked cashews
2 tablespoons of mustard (I like organic horseradish mustard)
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
2 Tablespoons of Coconut Aminos (or Tamari, Braggs, etc)
Season with Turmeric, Ground Pepper, Cumin and a pinch of Sea Salt
Water (as much depending on how thick or thin you want it)
Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Enjoy with raw veggies, flax crackers, as a dressing on salads or veggies! I use it on everything!
Let me know if you try it! :) Have a great day!

I have to try your cashew dip - sounds awesome! Thanks for sharing...
Happy Valentine's Day. I think it is so sweet that you make it a family holiday. We involve our kids, as well.
I think I'll be doing the whole goddess thing, too, although I'm not sure I'll be posting about it online. I'm actually going to try and cut back on my computer and twitter use during this time. I do this every once and a while. I feel more relaxed when I do.
Oh, and I don't measure much either. It's a big deal when I do :-)
My comments never post when using my phone- I came back to get recipe for dip & noticed my comment wasn't here from the other day!! Anyhoo- making your cashew dip now!!! Mmmm.
