Weekend Errands

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend! On Friday, we went out to dinner for T's birthday. The place was really dark so the pictures I took didn't come out. But I had a grilled vegetable plate that had portabella mushrooms, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, eggplant and asparagus and for my entree, I huge salad of arugula, sundried tomatoes, endive and roasted peppers. When we got home, the three of us shared some raw cashew ice cream, we even put a candle in it for T to blow out. ;) My birthday is this Friday, I am getting a deep tissue massage in the morning and then T and I are going to Sprig and Vine for dinner. My parents are watching Little A again.

On Saturday, we had lunch at Whole Foods. I had a fresh made green juice!

After that, we went to a sporting goods store and to my happy surprise, I found these raw goodies from Living Intentions!

We also hit up the bookstore and I got myself a copy of May Cause Miracles. I can't wait to start this once I am done with the book I am currently reading.

For dinner I made spaghetti squash with broccoli, shiitake mushrooms, onions, garlic, scallions, coconut aminos and sesame oil. This turned out great! I love using spaghetti squash in place of pasta. I want to make this again with kelp noodles!

Did you happen to catch the full moon on Saturday night? Amazing!

On Sunday, we took a little trip to Dean's in Basking Ridge for lunch. I had a big green juice..

And an all veggie soup that I topped with Brad's Raw Cheddar Chips.

We also had to get some office supplies, and Little A just had to have this calendar. She cracks me up! :)

I'll be back soon! Have a great day!

Happy Monday. I bet you can't wait to get that massage for your b-day. Enjoy it!

Hayden and I just finished watching some of your videos. She really wishes we could do a play date. If only we lived closer.

You are so lucky to be able to find fresh green juice in so many places. It is really a treat if I can get it while I'm out.

I haven't had spaghetti squash in a while. I just may have to pick one up.

How are the Brad's Cheddar crackers? I had the kale crackers, and didn't like the flavor very much at all.
The full moon was totally beautiful on Saturday, I was so happy to see it.
Also, my parents got me a Yoga Kitties calendar for Christmas. It's very cute.
