Sounds good. My DH has Chrons's as well. When we first met he was on about 12 different forms of medication. Now he is only taking one med (6MP). He has alot of problems with seeds so he no longer eats them. He's been off of prednisone for about 10 years now.
So exciting to have a plan! Gives a clear outlook on things, especially when you write it down. I'm praying this is the MASTER plan for your body. :) Keep strong, stay on track by taking on one meal at a time and always keep your eyes open to see the light at the other end. You know I've got your back on this one - let's hope THIS is the clear tranquil place the physic was seeing for you. xo
You will make it happen! What a great plan you have. I am sure all the hard work you are putting into healing will pay off. You go, girl!
With my Ulcerative Colitis, I have to make some fun dietary changes too. I asked about going raw, but my Holistic Nutritionist said that it isn't practical for living in the high Arctic - just too cold to eat cold foods!
I'm doing Kris Carr's 21-Day Adventure Cleanse. I had a threat of a flare after the holidays, and I want to nourish my body and make my colon healthier. I don't need to be sick. I'm too busy!
Hope this works out for you. I'm rooting in your favor!
Maybe she didn't see it because it's gone. :) Good luck!
Wishing you the best my dear! I'm sure you've being guided to the right plan for you :) xo
That's great that you've come up with a plan and written it all down, it's great for getting focused. I'm looking forward to reading about your meals and I hope it makes you feel better, it looks super healthy regardless :) xxx
Good luck!! You can do it :)
While I'm very dubious about why avoiding grains and beans is purportedly healthy--research is incredibly scant, and I'd be curious if the resulting amount of raw veggies is irritating--I totally support you in any and all healing endeavors. You know your body best. Good luck with the new plan!
Good luck with this. I hope it helps. This is very similar to how I eat. I actually rarely have grains or beans. My digestion is better without them.
