Healing tastes GOOD!

Hey Everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! We celebrated the Baptism of my niece/God daughter. I will post all about that soon! :) It was a beautiful day and I am so proud to be her God Mother!!!

I mentioned my sister had a psychic party, this was what I brought: date/nut balls. I didn't measure (of course), but they had dates, raisins, cashews, pecans and vanilla in them. All in the food processor then rolled into balls. They were a hit!

This was a  lunch I grabbed at Whole Foods while grocery shopping last week: kale salad with bell peppers and carrots and a pressed raw green juice.

Here are some "tools" I am using to heal: coconut water by Harmless Harvest (love this stuff), Kevita and ginger. I've been adding ginger to my smoothies, it gives them a great kick!

I made this soup for dinner one night: I used organic vegetable broth (I like the Pacific brand because they don't add anything but vegetables), celery, peas, broccoli, carrots and parsley.

I made a big batch of Kristen's raw vegan coconut milk yogurt, I let it ferment with some healing crystals. ;)

I won an awesome giveaway from Betty Rawker (who, by the way, got me interested in the grain/bean free diet for healing). She sent me a dozen of her amazing raw vegan donut holes, an adorable reusable bag and a sprouting kit.

Another lunch: butter lettuce (my favorite kind of lettuce) with raw olives, kraut, cherry tomatoes, broccoli slaw and lots of turmeric. For the dressing I used coconut vinegar and olive oil.

This was dinner one night: sauteed green beans, broccoli, ginger, garlic and onions topped with raw kraut and nutritional yeast. I also added some raw sunflower seeds after taking this picture.

Spring water absorbing the energy of the sun. :)

I've always hated on Kelp Noodles because of a bad experience with them in the past, well, I now can say I LOVE THEM!!! The first time I had them, I didn't soak them and they were crunchy. This time, I soaked them in a sauce overnight and they came out soft and delicious! I used one yellow pepper, nutritional yeast, sea salt, cashews and coconut aminos. YUM!

Some recent goodies I ordered from Etsy. I love this shop: Flying Bird Botanicals. I got some Tummy Tea, Rose Water Face Toner and Vanilla Rose Cacao lip balm. Everything is awesome!
And finally, I delicious smoothie I made one morning: Water, Ginger, Dried Figs, Sunwarrior Chocolate Warrior Blend, Ormus Greens, Cordyceps, Reishi, Banana, Coconut Milk Yogurt (homemade), Almond Butter, Maca, Ice and LOVE.

Have a great day! XO

Yumm always good eats at your house! Love that you put the crystals on your yogurt :) I just ordered the coconut vinegar. Have tried every other coconut product since that one. Can't wait.

You have just inspired me to try soaking the kelp noodles overnight! I will revisit them for sure, as I wasn't into the initial crunchiness either :)

Glad you enjoyed the donut holes!

Wishing you a happy and healed tummy!! (something I also strive for everyday!)

So glad you are healing well. I agree with Heathy about putting crystals on your coconut yogurt. Very cool.

Oh, and I really like the reusable bag from Betty Rawker. I'm a big owl fan lately.
