Friday is T's birthday and next Friday is mine! Yippy! Yay for Aquarians! ;) Not sure the plan yet, we are expecting a big snow storm Friday, I am hoping it doesn't happen as much as we need a good snow storm..
|On Sunday, we took a little trip to a Asana House Cafe to grab lunch. I had a big raw salad that had cucumbers, avocados, sprouts, peppers, carrots, red onion and tomato on it.|
|I also had a green juice that was pretty strong. Don't mind my chipped polish! ;)|
|For dinner I made my "Vegan Eggplant No-Parm" but I left off the breadcrumbs and used cashew "cheese" (cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, basil, water, sea salt in the food processor). Turned out really good! Didn't need the breadcrumbs at all!|
|I made another batch of Kristen's Raw Vegan Coconut Milk Yogurt and Little A had some for breakfast one morning. I added raisins, blueberries and Manuka honey. She LOVED it!|
