|This was Little A's plate: golden berries (she LOVES them), avocado, raisins, white beans and chickpeas with Indian spices (she loves Indian flavors) and mashed cauliflower. All organic, vegan and gluten free.|
|I was in the mood for something naughty over the weekend so I made this recipe for a vegan version of In-and-out burger. I used a gluten free English muffin instead of a regular bun. This was really good, but rich. I didn't feel the greatest after. I've mentioned in the past that I'm not a huge fan of Daiya, and with holiday meals, I've been overdosing on the stuff lately! :(|
|My lovely friend Lauren, sent Little A this beautiful pin that she made. She will be opening an Etsy shop soon and I will be sure to share her page with you! She was also sweet enough to send Little A an Elmo lunch box, and for me, my favorite raw vegan "onion rings" and rose infused cacao powder (more on that coming!).|
