Fa-reeeezing!

Happy Friday!!! I hope you all stayed warm this week. I have been hibernating!!!! Baby A and I stay in all day, I do not like the cold! We have to venture out early next week though, Wednesday is T's birthday! And the following Wednesday is mine! ;)

I picked up these raw crackers. They were super delicious! They had a corn chip meets cracker kinda taste. They would be perfect with some guacamole.
Baby A and I shared, as always. She loved them, again, as always.
Since the weather has been so cold, we have been eating a lot of warm dinners. One night T wanted to cook (who could turn that down), he made a Butternut Squash Apple Soup. He used an organic vegan box of Butternut Squash soup and some diced apples that he cooked down with olive oil and cinnamon. We garnished with pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. This turned out great!
I also had this meal for dinner one night: quinoa with pinto beans, avocado, raw olives and raw coconut aminos.
My "Naunee" stays in Florida during the Winter months (lucky and smart!), she sent me a box of Honeybell Oranges. These are so juicy and tasty!
Last night, I made lentils for dinner. I used red lentils, tomato sauce, carrots, garlic, celery, olive oil and seasonings. So warming!
Have a great weekend all!! XO

These red lentils look great! I love butternut squash soup but have never tried it with apple, it almost sounds like a nice warm pie. Yummy!

Oranges are all the rage at our house right now. :-) The kids eat them as fast we can buy them.

Those lentils look so yummy and inviting.
