| My plate: Broccoli Casserole (my mother in law cooked broccoli, Daiya Chedder, gluten free bread crumbs and Veganaise in a casserole dish in the oven. Sounds like a weird mix, but it came out AMAZING!!!), cranberry relish (raw, I made this with walnuts, agave, cranberries and orange all processed in the food processor), brown rice with apples and raisins, mashed potatoes (T made those with coconut creamer, Earth Balance, parsley) and sweet potatoes made with pineapple. Everything was delicious! My favorite was the broccoli casserole, soooo good! |

I love seeing her tiny plate. Can't wait to see the birthday post. She looks like a big girl now :-)
Everything looks great. Can I come next year? No one knows how to make so much GF vegan food in my family. They expect me to make it all!
I wanted to make an apple cobbler that was raw but I was having trouble finding a recipe. Now I know where to get one! Anyhow, happy thanksgiving. It all looks delicious.
