For dinner, late in the week I made a Buddha Bowl with raw kale, cherry tomatoes (from my garden), olives, avocado, millet and kidney beans.
For a snack I made Kristen's Cucumber Boats: Cucs from the garden stuffed with avocado and I added raw kraut, because everything is better with kraut!
Another lunch: cucumber salad with cucs and tomatoes from the garden, kraut and olives.
I was happily surprised to see my Whole Foods now sells fresh made nut milks. They are raw and made on premises! They had hemp, almond or cashew. I picked up the cashew to try.
I had it on some raw chocolate granola with a banana for my Saturday morning breakfast. Delicious!
Using more garden goodies, I made this dish of millet, white beans, tomatoes (from my garden) and white eggplant (also from my garden).
We picked up lunch at a local farm/deli on Saturday. I ordered a salad that had roasted peppers, avocado, onion and hummus! Yum!
I'll be back on Wednesday with our eats from Rockin' Raw! Have a great day! P.S. Another great blog for you all to check out. My friend Lauren started a blog, she has Crohn's as well and is eating high raw/vegan thanks to my blog!!! :)

This all looks really great. I love all the veggies from your garden. I have never made cashew milk, that sounds great.
