Harvesting Our Eats

Happy Friday Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful week! :) Any fun plans for the weekend?

Anyway, onto food. I know it's what you really care about! Ha ha! ;) I made this salad for lunch one day: mesclun, cucs from the garden, avocado, Bubbies pickles, hummus and raw kraut.
I love these raw bars. I tried the Cranberry flavor this week. Yummy! I really like the Chocolate Chip too!
My Brother-in-law and NEW Sister-in-law (AKA BESTIE) brought me back some  delicious olive oil from their honeymoon in Italy! This is so much more fragrant and rich then the olive oil I buy!
This was a high raw dinner I made one night: massaged raw kale with millet and lentils and topped with raw tomatoes from my garden! We loved this meal, I am going to make it again next week!
Speaking of our garden, check it out!
And our figs are coming in!
Have a great day all! XO

so jealous you have a fig tree, when we lived in Raleigh we had a client that had one and would bring us buckets full of fresh figs, so good
