Food/Fitness Journal: Number Two

From Tuesday 8/2/2011


Upon Waking: Stretch my entire body. Drink a full glass of water with probiotic pill.


Breakfast: Green Smoothie: Spinach, Chocolate Sunwarrior Powder, Almond Milk, 2 Frozen Bananas, Dulse Flakes, E3live, Greener Grass Wheatgrass Powder. Followed with my usual supplements


Workout: Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance


After Workout: Half of a coconut water

Probiotic Before Lunch


Lunch: Salad: Mesclun, 1 tablespoon of hummus, 1 Sunshine Burger, 1 Raw Pickle, 1 cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Raw Kraut., Olive Oil, Coconut Vinegar, Ground Pepper, Curry Powder, Dulse Flakes.


15 Chlorella Tablets


Half of a Kombucha

Dinner: Lentils and Millet over raw kale (pic to come).



Waaaay After Dinner: Lots and Lots of Watermelon!!!
