20 something Vegan Foodie with Crohn's Disease. I am working towards healing with whole vegan and raw food. I try to eat as close to nature as possible with limited processed food. I live with my Hubs, my Pug, Ginger (and newly adopted 10 year old pug, Sueshe), and my little girl (born 11/24/2010). * 1 bag of frozen organic strawberries * 2 frozen bananas * 1 cup of almond milk * 1 tablespoon of raw almond butter * 1/2 packet of stevia or agave (sweeten to taste) * 2 mint leaves * A few drops of Vanilla Extract * More mint to garnish **Blend all ingredients (except garnish) until smooth. Enjoy!
