Onto my dinner, black rice with chickpeas and stir fry vegetables: potatoes, broccoli, green beans, mushrooms, peas.
And more cucumber goodness: cucs, raw kraut, Sunshine Burger, hummus, olives.
Tonight is the Forks Over Knives event! I am super excited! I will take lots of pics and hopefully post tomorrow or Monday! Have a great day all!

I've been thinking about making pickles too! It's so easy eh?!
Homemade pickles remind me of my childhood. I'm the first generation of my family that hasn't picked up on the habit. Someday...
I'm re-reading the China Study right now. Have fun tonight :)
yay for homemade pickles we used the same recipe and loved them. It was nice to make our own ;) And our niece loves avocado. She is still getting used to solid foods, she has been liking rice though :) it is hilarious to watch her eat it!

love that precious face!
have you heard/read about baby-led weaning? it's all about baby eating some foods not too mushy. seems interesting. baby F eats some foods whole and some mushy.
What kind of hummus do you use? It looks great and thick.
I buy organic hummus from Whole Foods, the company is called "Good Neightbors" it's my favorite!
OMG, I adore that picture of your little girl :-)
