We spent a lot of time at Whole Foods this weekend. We did our grocery shopping and had lunch there on Saturday and Sunday. I picked up this raw drink. This was pretty strong (even for me, who drinks curry powder in my water). Ha ha!
This was one of my lunches: raw kale and avocado salad with onions and tomatoes, white beans, one dolma and 2 Indian Veggie Patties (vegan and gluten free!).
And this was my Sunday salad: raw kale and avocado salad with cucumbers, brown rice and black eyed peas and a few pieces of baked gluten free/vegan falafel.
This week I bought Cashew Butter for my green smoothies! Yummy!
And I've been snacking on Raw Revolution bars as of lately. I needed a break from my usual Lara Bars. They are rich and like a brownie!
How was your weekend? How did you stay cool? Anything exciting going on this week? Have a great day all!

I love the Raw Revolution bars right now too! Especially since they were created by a nurse. :) My fave is the Spirulina and the Lemon Dew is great too. I'll have to try the chocolate flavor.
Glad you're getting a little break from the heat.
send about 10 of those degrees my way! i am still wearing fleece.
i like raw revolution but think it's overkill to put agave and dates.
you sad baby A is getting bigger? the bigger she gets the more she can do!!!
Your Sunday salad was right up my alley! YUM! I'm a big fan of the Raw Revolution bars, too!
I LOVE raw revolution bars. All of them are amazing. This weather has been BRUTAL. Miami wasn't even this hot when I lived there!
That drink sounds interesting, we will have to keep our eye out for it! Never had curry in a drink ;)
And love cashew butter! So good! xoxo

Wow. I can't believe she's 8 months already. Where did the time go. Won't be long and she will be walking/running. Look out world! :-)
Ha ha, my word verification to type in had the word "rush" in it. So fitting.
I'm going to have to pick up some cashew butter - sounds great. Love coconut butter in my smoothers so cashew seems like it would particularly tasty too. While you guys were baking we were staying pretty cool here. Has it's pluses and minuses I suppose. We've been harvesting our homegrown kale - yum!
