Hearts and Greens

HAPPY LOVE DAY LOVES!!! <3<3<3 Here are some red tulips, just for you! ;)
Again, I have a ton of food to post, and this is all from BEFORE the weekend! So I will be back with more soon!

Last week I made my favorite recipe (that I made up!): My Lemon Lentil Chickpea Soup! Recipe HERE! ;) I absolutely love this soup, so delicious!
I placed another order with One Lucky Duck, because I am obsessed with their cookies! This time I ordered some Cheese-y Quackers too..
If you were ever a fan of Cheeze-its, then you HAVE to try these! The similarities in taste is unreal! Even T agreed!
Here are the cookies I ordered: More Fig Cookies (taste JUST like Fig Newtons), more Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin and Sugar cookies.
Here is a picture of the Sugar Cookie. These are so rich and buttery! Absolutely delicious!
And the Oatmeal Raisin, really yummy! Probably my least favorite, but still amazing. These are soft and chewy, just like I remember..
One day last week I had a headache ALL day. I really wasn't in the mood to cook or eat much, so I made myself a bowl of quinoa and topped it with olives and avocado. Perfect comfort food!
I couldn't resist making THIS recipe from Sketch Free Vegan when I saw I had all the ingredients! This is so good! The smoothie part tastes like banana milk! Yum!
Green juice following my P90x workout one day: Kale, Green Apple, Ginger, Collards. By the way, still loving P90x! Today starts week 2 and I'm feeling good! T is still on board as well. We even did kickboxing together on Saturday morning while Baby A was napping! ;)
A delicious salad I made for lunch one day: romaine, artichoke hearts, avocado, sun dried tomatoes and One Lucky Duck's Cheese-y Quackers. Of course I dressed it with my normal dressing: apple cider vinegar, olive oil, curry powder and nutritional yeast. And yes.. I am obsessed with curry powder and I put it on EVERYTHING!
And finally, a high raw dinner I made one night that was awesome! Kale salad topped with millet, sun dried tomatoes, canellini beans and avocado. OMG, I'm in love! <3
Enjoy your Valentine's Day! T and I are staying in (shocker!), watching a moving and making dinner! <3 Love you all! <3

Your salads look amazing, my mouth is watering, and I'm on a big green juice kick lately so daikon is a great idea, I think I will try that out! I have been doing P-90X too, and love it!!!! Thanks for the inspiration as always....
