Rice Bowls, Guac and Chips

Hey All! I hope you all are having a great week. I'm doing this post quickly because Baby A just fell asleep. She is a pretty solid sleeper, but she has her moments. ;) Sunday she is being Baptized and we are having a party with 60 people at a restaurant. Vegan menu included! I'll update with pics next week! Anyway, I made this yummy bowl for dinner the other night: brown rice, peas and tomato sauce.
Another rice bowl I made this week: brown rice, peas, tempeh and guacamole. Apparently, I am on a rice bowl kick!
The people at Brad's Raw sent me some samples (I will review soon!). These were roasted pepper chips with lots of guacamole. Is there anything better then guacamole?
That's all for now! Have a great day everyone!

I just stumbled upon your new blog...we have a lot in common! My name is lauren, I eat ginger like it's going out of style (I'm actually planning on writing a blog post about my ginger love this weekend!) and I had chron's like symptoms, but luckily it turned out not to be that but a wheat-gluten intollerance...i'm adding you to my blog reader to keep up with your journey to healing!
Cheers!
