So Much Love!

Happy Friday All and Happy September!! Everyone is saying the Summer went by too fast... obviously whoever says that isn't pregnant! LOL! Way too hot for me! I welcome the Fall, besides it being my favorite season, the cooler weather is welcomed and my little girl will be arriving! I'm in my 3rd trimester now, yippy!

Next week, T is taking a staycation. We plan on going to beach (without the tourists, yay for back to school and Labor Day!), maybe taking a trip to the city and a few other fun day trips. The weather is suppose to be cooler, so it should be enjoyable.

Anyway, after dinner (since pregnant) I like to have a little snack. Before it was watermelon (I'm talking 2-3 hours after dinner) but since the season is just about over (SUPER SADFACE!), I've had to find a new snack. I am loving Coconut Milk Yogurt (I buy the So Delicious brand) with granola on top. The granola has almonds and nuts for extra protein. YUM!
I also picked up these yummy kale chips at Whole Foods last week.
I always go for the "Cheezy" flavor. These were really good!
Earlier this week I made Dreena's White Bean Soup from Eat, Drink and Be Vegan. This was a big hit with T! So creamy, I love this soup as well.
My favorite Twins, Lori and Michelle sent me a surprise package this week. They filled it with some yummy samples: A Collard Onion Cracker, YUM!! These are amazing!
And some sweet treats: Cardamon Brownie Bites and Cocoa Kremes with a hint of Cinnamon.
All I have to say is WOW! These ladies rock my socks! They are so talented.
Check out their bakery here where you can order your own yummy treats!
They aren't the only talented ladies in the family. Their mother made this beautiful quilt for my baby!!! How sweet!! I am in love with this, I can see the baby laying on it, playing. So gorgeous! I had tears in my eyes when I saw it. This is exactly what I would imagine a quilt I would want for the baby to look like. Thank you all! I am so touched!
Lastly, I wanted to mention, my sister has a new blog: check her out here! Have a great weekend everyone!

Flown by? On what planet? ツ

I feel like summer arrived in early May and hasn't left us yet. Boy howdy, this has been one HoT season.

My garden overfloweth. I still have watermelon. Shall I airlift you one?

That is a gorgeous handmade quilt. A treasured keepsake, for sure. Makes me remember my niece Ally who had a similar one when she was a babe. She loooooved her blankie and it went everywhere with her too. (I seriously thought this girl was going to take it to college with her!)

Enjoy the long holiday weekend. Have a FUN staycation with Mr. T.

That quilt is gorgeous. Great fabric. I wish I could quilt when i see pieces like that.

I have a snack after dinner and I'm not even pregnant. ;-) The loss of watermelon is a sad one. It will come again. Makes us love it more once it's gone.

Enjoy your treats!

What wonderful, generous gifts!!! Lucky mama & lucky baby. :)

I think summer flew by, but I am totally ready for fall! And I'm not pregnant, so I can't even imagine how ready you are! ;-)

YUMMMMMM!!! Your baby has to be so happy and healthy from all that delicious food! Those kale chips look fantastic. My friend was pregnant a few years ago and the summer was quite brutal for her as well. I'm glad its cooling down for you!
