Anyway, a few weeks back, my lovely, gorgeous, goddess friend Heathy sent me some of her very own homemade raw choccies!!!! If you don't know Heathy, she gives true meaning to the word "Goddess"--this women is radiant from the inside out! And not to mention talented! Check out her creations on her blog here.
Heathy sent me a little variety of treats (all raw, all vegan): 2 moonpies (mint and strawberry), 2 choccie clusters with nuts and dried fruit inside and 3 (yes, I ate one before this picture) choccie cups: pecan butter, cashew, and mint.
This was the pecan butter choccie cup! Holy crap, this was amazing!!!!
I sliced open the moonpie so you could see how beautiful it was. As many of you know, I love mint with chocolate. What a perfect combo. Heathy really out did herself!
This was the mint choccie cup. I ate this one before I even realized the picture wasn't good. Oh well, it was worth it!
Thank you so much for sending me this beautiful, delicious, decadent package of goodies, Heathy! You are beyond talented and I am so glad we are friends (not just because of the choccies, but because you are such an amazing women)!! Mmmm... these were soooooo good! XOXO

Hey girl, I found the coconut vinegar (and aminos)at Whole Foods. They were both with the nama shoyu which in our store is in the pasta/macrobiotic aisle. I've been hearing that the stores have them in all different locations, good luck finding it, we love it!

Those looks so great. I have made chocolates too but they are always so much better when someone else makes them! I kind of think it should be like tarot cards- you know, you can't do it for yourself. Hmmm... kind of makes me think of a few other things that are more fun when someone else... anyway.
