Guest Post on Pure2Raw

Hey All!

So sorry for not posting this week! I needed a little bloggy break to rest and feel good again! I'm not sure when I will be back to posting (hopefully next week). But don't worry, I will be back! All this pregnancy sickness is really making me focus on rest and rejuvenation! I'm sure I will be back and better then ever shortly. For now, you can read a special guest post I did for the lovely Lori and Michelle of Pure2Raw: http://www.pure2raw.com/2010/04/tips-on-how-to-handle-crohns-disease/

I was so honored when they asked me to write it a few months back! Enjoy! XO

Hey there, hope you feel better soon. Just read your post on the twins blog- good work! I have IBS and coeliac disease so those tips seem handy for me too. Thanks :)

Hang in there Champ! Only a few more weeks and you will be like a whole new person. Although the nine months can seem to drag on with symptoms like yours, thankfully it will only be a small blip on your journey through parenthood! I am so happy for you and can't wait to see the little precious. Don't worry about us, we'll still be here when you return. Take care of you and that little miracle! :)

Hi! I have been shyly reading your blog with intrigue. I am looking with bright eyes at the healthy eating of others, always looking for new ideas to incorporate yummy food in my repertoire. Especially, with someone that has your condition.
I have Ulcerative Colitis, and while it is not Crohns, I hear of so few people with my condition that I feel a connection to those with Crohns.
On that note, I wish you the best with your pregnancy- hope baby treats you well!
