Hey All! Thanks for all the love on my last post!! :) It's always nice to remember to spread love, I know I need a little reminder once in awhile. Anyway, I am making that a goal this month: spread love. I have had some negative experiences with people lately and I am going to remember not to let those thoughts control my days. My favorite mantra is "Negative thoughts: BEGONE!". It's a great reminder not to let those thoughts take over. I urge you to do the same, I am telling ya, what a difference!!
Anyway, look at this adorable mug I picked up over the weekend at Home Goods! I already have another "Dog Lover" mug, but since I love them so much, why not have two? Hehe!
This was an amazing thick smoothie I made recently: Kale, Banana, Frozen Mango, Raspberries, Cranberries, Spirulina, Maca, Flax, Hemp, and Vanilla Sunwarrior Protein. 
Once again I was lucky enough to receive some fabulous samples from another fabulous company. For those that were asking, I usually get offers through email or on Twitter from companies asking me to sample products. I also email companies that I think are great and ask for samples. Sprout Wellness offered me some great beauty products to try and I am so happy they did! They sent me: All over cream, Cleanser, Toner and Lip Balm. I love everything!! The all over cream and lip balm are my favorite! The all over cream is so rich and I've been using (the little that I have) at night on my face, my skin looks so dewy and glowy in the morning. I am hooked on lip balm, I apply it every 10 seconds, the one Sprout Wellness sent me is awesome! I only use natural ones because you ingest a lot of lip balm (and lipstick and gloss) when you use it, so I feel this is the most important thing to have without chemicals or yucky stuff in it. I think this company is so wonderful everything is 100% natural, without any artificial chemicals, fragrance, sulfates, parabens, petroleum, animal products or animal-tested ingredients. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally and they are made in Brooklyn, NY (so they are local for me). They also sell them at One Lucky Duck!

spreading love is one awesome thing to do. sometime i fall into the bad habit of letting the negative in, and i need to remember not to get so worked up that i let it consume me. negative thoughts - begone, indeed! yay! thanks for the reminder, Lauren - it made me smile. i'm gonna check out your guest post in a just a few minutes; i can't wait! i love that you added raspbrries and cranberries to your smoothie. super yum! that lip balm sounds awesome too. :)
