Happy 2010!

Hey All!! Happy 2010!! What an amazing year this is going to be, I can just feel it! :) Well, I rung in 2010 with T, my brother in law and his fiance. I made raw key lime pie for us to enjoy, it turned out really good. I used this recipe. YUM! I also drank my own special cocktail of Kombucha with a squeeze of lime! Out of a martini glass of course! I was the only one with any energy, they were drinking vodka drinks and were almost asleep by the time the ball dropped!
A little slice of key lime pie, AKA: Heaven! With coconut flakes sprinkled on top!
On New Years Day in Italy they eat lentils to represent coins, or money. So I made dahl from Meghan's recipe. This dahl used yellow split peas, but they are still shaped like coins, so let's hope it works! :)
At Whole Foods this week I picked up some frozen cranberries for a delicious smoothie that I found on Green and Crunchy. I just love that blog!! I want Sheri to adopt me!!
Have a lovely first week of 2010! I have lots to work on this year, and I am shooting high, so watch out 2010!!!!!!

I didn't know that about the Italians and the coins and the lentils. Oh the Italians. Love sweet love.

Oh my gosh, mine's last name is Wee! He beats me up, but I NEED it. Otherwise, it wouldn't help at all and would be a waste of money. He said he could work on me for days straight and never get rid of my knots. Thanks a lot, RSD!

What a funny coincidence! That is too much.
